Intro
The Apple Strudel Oktoberfest Band is a lively traditional German oompah band that performs standard German instrumental and vocal songs in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Creating the atmosphere of traditional authentic sounds of the beer halls of Munich. The group performs traditional Polkas, Waltzes, Marches, and Sing-a-longs as well as a variety of American favorites included at most German Oktoberfest celebrations. These Lederhosen clad merry music makers add real Old Worlde charm and bring to life all of the fun and excitement of a true Bavarian festival.
The band performs at breweries, community events and private parties and play such favorites as Edelweiss, Liechtensteiner Polka, Pennsylvania Polka, Beer Barrel Polka, Gruß an Kiel March, The Happy Wanderer, Ein Prosit, and more. The group can be customized to fit your event based on the size, and duration. We make every effort to accommodate your needs to produce the unmistakable atmosphere of the original Hofbräuhaus in Germany. We would be honored to share our wonderful music and spread the spirit of Gemütlichkeit at your Oktoberfest celebration.

The band was formed in 20XX by Gordon Thomas. We played for many years under the direction of Gordon and in 2021 Brett Hausselbaugh took over the reigns of the group.

Booking the Band
We are now fully booked for the 2025 Oktoberfest season
The Apple Strudel Oktoberfest Band plays approximately 10 performances per season and we have started booking. Our season runs from mid September to the end of October.
Our show is three 45 minute sets but can be tailored to fit your needs. If trying to book the band, please remember that we tend to be booked by late July.
Please check our schedule before requesting the band to see if we are already booked for your planned date.
Holiday Band
When Oktoberfest ends, the Apple Strudel Oktoberfest Band transforms into the Apple Strudel Holiday Band. The holiday band consists of the full Apple Strudel band and a duet playing holiday classics for all to enjoy.
The band performs around Pinellas County throughout November and December spreading holiday cheer.
